We remain open during these unprecedented times but have changed the way in which we work to try to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and help to keep everyone safe.

The message is to 'phone first'

We are currently doing telephone and video consultations and advice can be provided via text.

All appointment requests are triaged by a clinician. A receptionist will ask for a brief explanation of your problem before adding your name to the triage list for a clinician to ring you back.

A face-to-face appointment will only be confirmed after an initial telephone or video consultation.

You will only be permitted to enter the building if you have been requested to do so and have confirmed the following questions via the intercom to the left of the door:

  • Do you have a new continuous cough or fever?
  • Do you or have you had loss of taste or smell within the last 7 days?
  • Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who have any of these symptoms?

Repeat prescriptions can be requested via MHOL, e-mail to overton.receptionist@wales.nhs.uk, posted in the post box provided.

Paper prescriptions can not be collected from Surgery.

Chapel House, Bangor, remains open for you to collect your medicines.

We thank you for your understanding and support.
